possibility of such damages. In no event shall Cardify Africa's total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount paid by
you to Cardify Africa during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

notice or liability. Upon termination, your right to use Cardify Africa's services will immediately cease, and you must cease all
use of Cardify Africa's services.

consent of Cardify Africa. Cardify Africa may freely assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms and
Conditions without restriction.
Survival
Any provisions of these Terms and Conditions that by their nature should survive termination, including but not limited to
intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnity provisions, shall survive the termination of
these Terms and Conditions.

By using Cardify Africa's services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. It is important that you
