Cardify Africa is a digital wallet platform that allows users to leverage their funds between various digital wallets. Cardify aims to make spending across various fiat and digital currency wallets as seamless as possible. The brand's core values revolve around the cardinals of flexibility and efficiency. Users of Cardify can deposit money into a variety of popularly used wallets while making use of the flexible conversional advantages of those wallets within and outside the system. In a similar vein, the Cardify platform also issues virtual cards to facilitate frictionless spending directly from its wallets.

Account Registration and Use
In order to use Cardify Africa's services, you must create an account on the Cardify Africa website (www.cardify.co) and provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Cardify Africa immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Cardify Africa reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason without notice or liability.
User Obligations
As a user of Cardify Africa's services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and Cardify Africa's policies. You represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity and authority to enter into these Terms and to use Cardify Africa's services. You may not use any trademarks, logos, or copyrighted materials of Cardify Africa without obtaining express permission.

Limitation of Liability
Cardify Africa and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of Cardify Africa's services, even if Cardify Africa has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall Cardify Africa's total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount paid by you to Cardify Africa during the six (6) months preceding the claim.
Termination
Cardify Africa reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to its services at any time, with or without cause, without notice or liability. Upon termination, your right to use Cardify Africa's services will immediately cease, and you must cease all use of Cardify Africa's services.

Survival
Any provisions of these Terms and Conditions that by their nature should survive termination, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnity provisions, shall survive the termination of these Terms and Conditions.
